
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Helping you find your strength for life!
I have been teaching yoga and fitness for 20 years and practicing my entire life. My passion is blending strength work with flexibility and healthy alignment to help increase long term mobility and health. I also specialize helping pre/post-natal and peri/menopausal women to reconnect with their bodies and regain strength and alignment after childbirth and beyond. My favorite fitness mantra is "core is everything" and you will find elements of my Core Retraining program in all my classes or private training sessions. I hope to teach those newer to fitness to love working with their bodies and learn how to safely practice yoga and strength building skills, and to inspire experienced practitioners to find new ways to challenge themselves.
